Disconnect LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Ads

You can disconnect LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Ads inside MarketingMindOS (Paid performance). Disconnecting:

• Clears stored encrypted OAuth tokens from MarketingMindOS.
• Attempts to revoke the provider token where the provider supports revocation (Meta permissions revoke, Google token revoke, LinkedIn token revoke). If provider revocation fails, local tokens are still cleared.
• Marks the connection as disconnected and deactivates selected ad accounts/customers for sync.
• Does not delete historical performance snapshots, recommendations, or learnings. Those remain until you request data deletion.

After disconnect, you can reconnect the same provider and select an account again.

Disconnect Google Analytics or Search Console

You can disconnect Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console inside MarketingMindOS (Website & Search Performance). Disconnecting:

• Clears stored encrypted OAuth tokens from MarketingMindOS.
• Attempts Google OAuth token revocation. If revocation fails, local tokens are still cleared.
• Marks the connection as disconnected and deactivates selected GA4 properties or Search Console sites for sync.
• Does not delete historical owned performance snapshots or related learnings. Those remain until you request data deletion.

How paid media access is used

MarketingMindOS uses LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads access only for read-only performance reporting and recommendations. It does not create, edit, pause, publish, or change ads, campaigns, bids, budgets, audiences, or account settings.

How Website & Search access is used

MarketingMindOS uses Google Analytics and Search Console only for read-only website and organic search reporting, recommendations, and learnings. It does not edit GA4 properties, streams, users, key events, conversions, audiences, sitemaps, or Search Console site settings.

Request data deletion

To request deletion of account data, project data, paid and owned performance snapshots, recommendations, and learnings, email vaggelis.mintzioris@gmail.com. Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and process the request.
