These terms explain how you may use MarketingMindOS. They are written in plain language and are not legal advice. By using MarketingMindOS, you agree to them.
What MarketingMindOS is
MarketingMindOS is a marketing operating system. It provides analysis, recommendations, drafts, reports, and structured workflows to help you plan, build, launch, and improve marketing work.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own marketing decisions. MarketingMindOS supports your work; it does not replace your judgment. You must review outputs before applying them in live campaigns, creative, budgets, messaging, or other business actions.
Paid media integrations
Paid media integrations are read-only. MarketingMindOS does not create, edit, pause, publish, or change ads, campaigns, bids, budgets, audiences, or account settings in connected ad platforms.
AI Assist
AI Assist outputs are drafts and recommendations, not guaranteed outcomes. Suggestions may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your situation. Review them carefully before use.
Billing and cancellation
Billing and subscription terms are handled by Stripe. You can cancel according to the behavior of the Stripe billing portal available in your account settings.
Acceptable use
You may not use MarketingMindOS for abusive or illegal activity, unauthorized access to accounts, or scraping or other misuse of the service or connected systems.
Limitation of liability
MarketingMindOS is provided as a decision-support tool. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for marketing results, lost revenue, ad spend outcomes, business decisions made from recommendations or drafts, or damages arising from your use of the product — including cases where analysis, Assist drafts, reports, or integrations are incomplete or incorrect.
